We provide GPS tracking, vehicle health reports, DOT compliance support, and fleet management solutions to help commercial, personal, and agricultural vehicle owners reduce downtime, stay compliant, and optimize performance. Our mission is to provide reliable, professional, and cost-effective fleet oversight tailored to the unique needs of small-town operators.

DOT & Compliance:

RoadGuard LLC supports mobile fleet compliance by providing inspection, reporting, and maintenance documentation from a certified inspector. Vehicles are verified they meet applicable federal inspection standards at time of inspection, aligned with FMCSA Appendix G Regulations and Iowa Code Chapter 321 required under 49 CFR &396.17. All compliance responsibility remains with the motor carrier.

Service, Subscription, and Add-On Service Disclaimers:

All parts, labor, and materials are billed separately unless explicitly included in a subscription plan or add-on. A minimum of 1 hour labor applies to all service visits. Subscriptions include access to GPS, alerts, reporting, and scheduled inspections or coordination as defined per plan. Subscriptions do not cover repairs, emergency service, or on-site labor beyond included services.

Add-On Disclaimer:

Optional add-on services (after Hours, Advanced Engine Diagnostics, Audit Prep, Seasonal Prep, DOT Compliance Pack, with other options) are billed per vehicle unless explicitly stated as a fleet bundle. Bundles are all-or-nothing; items already included in a customer's subscription plan are subtracted from the bundle price.

Pricing Disclaimer:

All subscription, add-ons, and labor pricing is subject to change. Prices shown are per vehicle per month unless otherwise stated. Payment processor fees may apply.

Privacy, Data Usage, Terms of Use, and Cancellation:

RoadGuard LLC collects vehicle and driver data for fleet management, maintenance tracking, and compliance purposes only. Data is securely stored and not shared with third parties except as required for legal compliance, DOT reporting, or customer authorized reporting. Customers retain ownership of their vehicle data at all times.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Refunds for add-ons are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether the service has already been provided.
